Samantha Kucher spent her entire legal career fighting for her client’s rights, with the goal and passion to help her clients obtain justice. The justice that is often unfairly denied. Samantha Kucher attended Milton Hershey School in Pennsylvania, a boarding school for children from lower income families. It was while attending the school that she first faced the reality that the world is not an even playing field. Samantha Kucher saw firsthand how underprivileged communities are often left behind and mistreated. Since then, she has dedicated herself to fight for victims who have been hurt or taken advantage of due to the fault of others.
After graduating from Milton Hershey School, Samantha Kucher then attended New York University, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. Samantha Kucher continued her educational pursuit at New York Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctorate.
After law school, Samantha Kucher dedicated her time and volunteered with the New York County Family Law Pro Bono program, where she helped countless people who did not have means to pay for an attorney. As part of the program, she assisted families seeking legal advice on various issues concerning family and children law. Her education, her personal experience and her professional career turned her into a tenacious litigator who stands up to large corporations and insurance companies.
Ms. Kucher continues to vigorously represent her clients. She works closely with each of her clients to meet their specific need. With her years of experience in litigation, Samantha Kucher is keenly aware of the havoc and turmoil that people and their family face when caught in legal turmoil.
